PIO_64BIT_DATA value is problematic #1901

presents a problem as it is a different value than what is in netcdf.h and pnetcdf.h

Why can't we just define this as NC_64BIT_DATA?

I'm sorry I don't remember. Did you just try it and see what happens?

I did, it's fine. Must have a netcdf version 4.4.0 or newer
