Note that the answer set includes a new gene CASP8, which wasn't included in the original answer set. (Not a problem, just pointing that out.) |
So I think that the genes are the same (except new CASP8) and the problem here is not getting omnicorp results, which are related to #532 |
So, the UI - OmniCorp issue appears to be major. @kennethmorton @patrickkwang : Is this something that can be readily addressed? Or, am I correct that this is a major issue? |
Actually, in reading Chris' slack message, this doesn't appear to be a major issue, but are we on track for fixing it? |
This issue is to report replication problems. Specifically, in Winter 2020 (March?) I ran a query on carbon monoxide - gene - multiple sclerosis. I reported the results in the JMIR Medical Informatics MS. One of the reviewers was unable to replicate the results. I reran the query and also cannot replicate the results. My prior results are incomplete, with all genes missing.
