Not all the EPC Makes it to the UI

Investigated MVP1 > Asthma based on feedback from Matt Brush

1. I'm fairly certain ARAs are not returning as much evidence as his source screenshot
2. I did find some discrepancies between what the individual ARAs return and what makes it to the UI

The summary is:

• ARAX returns Dexamethasone Phosphate which is in the ARA and ARS Merge but not in the UI
• EPC from ARAX and BTE seem to be dropped from the Dexamethasone Acetate in the UI - hard to see in the ARS Merge in the ARAX GUI

This looks normal to me from the ARS merged_message. I'm not seeing anything jump out to me that would cause UI to drop this.
