Natural Language Processing tools are used for a variety of purposes related to health outcomes research including EHRs, etc. etc. However, most of these tools are only as accurate as the underlying text corpus supports (what is a text corpus). An aggregation of PubMed abstracts is the most common corpus for NLP in this space. Terms are constantly being added. Therefore, we update the PubMed abstract NLP corpus continuously to support medical research.
