"Check Contact Information" check failing (ESS-DIVE)

Description

The Check Contact Information check for the ESS-DIVE suite is often marked as FAILURE, however, it is not clear to us what is causing this check to fail as there is a contact provided. It does appear that most datasets have this check marked as a FAILURE. Furthermore, we do not have the "Address" field within ESS-DIVE, so this seems not relevant. There are two other checks for dataset contacts, which appear to meet our needs:

• Contact
• Check That A Contact Has An ORCID, Email, and Address

It doesn't seem like it is working quite right though, and I noticed that the ADC suite uses a different version of that check so we could correct the version

We would like to ensure that this check is working properly and is relevant with the other contact focused checks within the suite.
