Full-text search: BUG + features

• TOTAL BUG: https://biii.eu/search?search_api_fulltext=smoothing (full-text) should always return >= results than https://biii.eu/smoothing (EDAM concept search only). It's the other way round currently

• Do always full-text search unless a user actively opts for advanced search

• Include ontology hierarchy (In advance search, when searching for top EDAM higher level concepts, lower level hits are not included #102)

• Don't look for hits in tool names, it's just confusing

• "No hits found, do full-text search instead" is nonsense, do always full-text search by default (that's the standard way how the Web works)

• Make sure to do the full-text search over all attributes of a record

• If wanting to be high-tech and show a dropdown, then it should look over a number of "term-like" attributes: name, all EDAM concepts (best all used ones; definitely with synonyms!), biological term, keywords for sure, and to consider/test whether also with all of requires, implementation type, programming language, dimension, interaction, license (just certainly not description and image:-)). Like text autocomplete, not showing the whole hits in the dropdown, and definitely not "nothing found, search full-text".
