Determine overlap with NeXus ontology

We need to find out about the overlap with NeXus ontology an OWL representation of NeXus concept definitions and their relationships that is generated automatically from the NeXus definitions using the script in the github repo. Currently available NeXusOntology_full.owl contains the contributed definitions of NXopt (optics in general), but not yet NXraman related definitions. These will be officially available in October 2024, after the new definitions are accepted by NIAC in September.

You could consider NxRaman and Nxopt specifications (I don't think they are in NeXus ontology yet)

It seems like this ontology is not an OWL ontology in the sense we understand it, but rather just an OWL version of the NeXus data schema behind this file format.
