'vibrational spectrometer configuration specification' (VIBSO_0000000) & 'Raman spectrometer configuration' (VIBSO_0000001) might not be needed as their super classes obi:'device setting' and the yet to be imported foodon:device specificationmight suffice to attach domain specific setting to the spectrometer and its parts.
