Add ARC to PID page

Dear all,

This is an enhancement suggestions: We could add ARK identifier https://arks.org/ to https://knowledgebase.nfdi4chem.de/knowledge_base/docs/pid/ .

Information on ARC are easily accessible via google. In short: Its free. It allows passthrough, while DOI does not allow this. Metadata is not centrally stored but retrievable from the landing pages (this certainly avoids costs).
