Hide applications - marks as hidden so that they can't submit another application multiple times with the same email

Hide applications (useful for avoiding spam)- does not delete, but marks them as hidden so that they can't submit another application multiple times with the same email

Create a boolean field that sets CompanyApplications hidden.

On the company application search, only return non-hidden applications by default, and add a query param to make also the hidden applications visible.
