Update generat_cv_index_spatial function unit tests to correspond to new output
#387

Reinstated unit tests + custom testing functions 01b870b.

cov() uses container to locally calculate code coverage
test(pattern = "pattern") uses container to run tests in one file, identified by pattern parameter.
