Support of gmx3: `gmx trjconv` and `trjconv` is selected depending on WARNINGS/GROMACS_VERSION #206

Do we really want to support gmx3? I dont'.

If we do, then analysis utilites should be selected wisely according to GROMACS_VERSION.

       If it's not tested yet, I'd suggest we keep the old behavior for now and deal with it in the future
