Add ability to plot multiple wells on the selected hydrograph figure #7

The user selects multiple points on the map (either one at a time or via a lasso/rect select)

Hydrographs plotted all on the Selected Hydrograph figure.

Add a clear button next to "Download Selected" to clear the data from the graph
