Write pinecards for the following datasets and compute the corresponding pineapplgrids. For all the datasets below, the observable is always a ratio of $F_2$ structure functions: $R(x, Q^2, A_1, A_2) = [F_2(x, Q^2, A_1)/F_2(x, Q^2, A_2)]$.
