Add capability to have both pressure and altitude (m) as 'altitude variable' in different aircraft plots (vertical profile plot and curtain plot)

Issue #187 was one part of this (adding pressure in vertical profile plots: works with altitude). Another action item would be to add 'altitude' like pressure for curtain plots. So, we have flexibility to use either altitude variables in these two plot_grps
