Add grid lines to certain plots

It was suggested that certain plots in MELODIES MONET would benefit from an option in the yaml file to specify whether you want to add gridlines to the plot. Let's add this as an option not as default for the following surface plots: CSI, muti-box, box and aircraft plots: violin and scatter density. This is non-urgent and could be done whenever we have time.
