I've compared my 2019 SOE by-hand compilations of stock status with results from stockSMART here:

Not all match so need to investigate what changed.

Edit: I'll note this is not an immediate need for the 2021 SOE because stockSMART doesn't have any 2020 assessments in it yet, I'll need to use my old by-hand method anyway...
