Description

An aqm_config.sh script needs to be made specific to WCOSS2 development machine.

Solution

Create aqm_wcoss2_dev_config.sh.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

The script is created and works on WCOSS2 dev.

PRIOTIRY LEVEL

Critical: emergency fix for a major issue
High: upcoming production fix/change
Normal: important but not high priority
Low: routine addition or bonus feature that can wait
