The storage /lfs4 of Jet is failing and has been disconnected from compute nodes.

This app still depends on hpc-stack and /lfs4.
For Global Workflow to run all components on Jet, this mapp must be migrated to /lfs5 and hpc-stack, unless hpc-stack is also installed on /contrib.

Required:

  • migrate to stack-spack or install hpc-stack (on /contrib?)
  • move data used by the app especially:
    • /lfs4/HFIP/hfv3gfs/Mallory.Row/archive
    • /lfs4/HFIP/hfv3gfs/Mallory.Row/prepbufr
    • /lfs4/HFIP/hfv3gfs/Mallory.Row/obdata/ccpa_accum24hr
