Current behavior (describe the bug)

Per #242, the EnVar ctests are failing on Hercules due to running out of memory. We will need to update the ctest configuration specifically for Hercules.

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

  1. Fresh clone and build of RDASApp on Hercules
  2. Run ctests

Expected behavior

Ctests should pass

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

Ctests passing on Hercules
