Gaea module file using wrong spack-stack on C5

The new combined modulefile for Gaea-C5 and C6 uses the spack-stack path of /ncrc/proj/epic/spack-stack/c6/spack-stack-1.8.0/envs/ue-intel-2021.10.0/install/modulefiles/Core. This is okay for C6 but may cause unintended problems on C5 with using a C6 spack-stack install. There is a corresponding C5 install at /ncrc/proj/epic/spack-stack/spack-stack-1.8.0/envs/ue-intel-2021.10.0/install/modulefiles/Core

@EricJames-NOAA I know we recently consolidated the Gaea-C5 and Gaea-C6 modulefiles. Does GSL have input on this issue?

@gspetro-NOAA does anyone use UPP on C5? It looks like for all of the other components of our modeling system development, we have only one unified Gaea modulefile.

Someone with C5 access could test UPP with the current modulefile and see if it works.
