Obtain relatively steady locations of geostationary satellites of each GOES-W, GOES-W, MSG, Himawari, match SSR numbers and locations to the subsatellite points, independent from GCIP parm file about SSRs
To test netcdf, SSR information is included in each channel and may vary for each channel. GCIP needs to take care of it when ingesting netcdf files.
