Issue overview

EnergyPlus crashes when the using Coil:Cooling:WaterToAirHeatPump:EquationFit with a curve name that doesn't exist is used with Total Cooling Capacity Curve Name.

To replicate take HeatPumpWaterToAirEquationFit.idf and comment out TotCoolCapCurve.

Reported on unmethours.com.
