Enhanced SZVAV Controls

Issue overview

Per Trane NFP
Trane as developed a workaround for SZVAV control using EMS code. This control methodology should be incorporated into the AirLoopHVAC:UnitarySystem object.

1. SZVAV control should match the below figure from the Trane Engineers Newsletter https://www.trane.com/content/dam/Trane/Commercial/global/products-systems/education-training/engineers-newsletters/airside-design/admapn047en_0413.pdf

2. Validate updates to AirLoopHVAC:UnitarySystem SZVAV control against Trane SZVAV EMS code
3. Implement SZVAV control to other equipment types that don’t currently include it
