Gather the publications and datasets produced using GreenHEART to include in a reference summary table so folks can easily find the resources.

Alternatives considered

Could host outside of the repo, if we don't want to include it as part of the docs or the readme.

@bayc would something like a public Zotero library be useful for this? One gripe I have about finding references is getting the bibtex, and Zotero makes that part of the process extremely easy, in addition to featuring abstracts and using tags for organization.
