Why this feature is necessary:
Because there are breaking changes with Numpy 2.0 but the world is moving on and it's a dependency in many packages we use.

A possible solution is:
Fix deprecated Numpy calls in reV.

reV Maintenance GDOP.12495.31.01.01

Urgency / Timeframe:
End of Q3/Beginning of Q4
