This is no good. This means any bad moves (such as creating wrong ROI that's not removable due to #78, or mistakenly brushing out some pixels) would still be remembered when users intuitively close and reopen the window in an attempt to reset them. This has led to an annoying advice that to close the entire GUI and restart.

Ah, @hanfeiyan I think the behavior you described in #66 (comment) was due to a bug fix to a more severe problem here.
