Where to download TensorRT 8.6.13.3 for NVIDIA Orin develop board

I used orin develop board. Because I do not have an NVONLINE account, , so I can't download drive os with TensorRT-8.6.13 by skpmanager.

If I used orin develop board with jetpack 6.0 rev.2(tensorrt 8.6.2), when i generate tensorrt engine , it would occur the following error

[E] Saving engine to file failed.
[E] Engine set up failed

My problem is：
1）How do I download tensorrt 8.6.13？
2) If I used orin develop board with jetpack 6.0 rev.2(tensorrt 8.6.2), how can i resovel the problem (Saving engine to file failed)

@DeepBehavier do you mean you are not using Orin?

In the installation guide, it says: DRIVE OS requires an NVIDIA Ampere-based GPU for GPU development. I think 3090 is Ampere-based. You can try if that works. If not, wait for our trt10 support in the near future.
