Helm chart for v0.14.1

Version 0.14.1 seems like it's not released to helm yet

It appears the v0.14.1 tag was created without updating the helm chart version to 0.14.1:
https://github.com/NVIDIA/k8s-device-plugin/blob/v0.14.1/deployments/helm/nvidia-device-plugin/Chart.yaml#L5

It's unclear if this means that the 0.14.0 helm chart was overwritten by the helm chart meant for 0.14.1 or if 0.14.1 was not released at all.

Thanks for raising this. The 0.14.1 helm chart was not published at all, meaning that the 0.14.0 chart is still valid.
