The project requires the mmcv version to be in [1.1.4,1.3.0], whereas the 1.1 version only supports torch1.6, with segformer requiring a minimum of torch1.7

Have you installed it on Windows? I have recently encountered the same issue.

I checked all versions of mmcv and found that there is very little support for Windows. Version 1.2.7 does not support Windows.
