and even if it was FUD why upload it to virustotal. Are you snitching on your own payload?

Nope that website will share the result without letting u know after couple of days, You will just find your payload detection magickly went from 0 to 4 at least.
To make it fud again u need to convert what u can from static to public and then obfuscate it+ unhook ntdl.dll and kernalbase.dll.

Where do u get that info from?

From my personal experience, I have FUD projects and once I upload something to it, most AVs magically start catching them between 1-4 days in my labs (I tested this for a whole month, and they always share it)

Rule of thumb: there is nothing for free.
