Few helpers for After Effects
To use expressions/*, you must copy/paste directly all the script on the layer.
To use scripts/*, you must run it with: File > Scripts > Run Script File...
To use ScriptUI Panels/*, you must copy/paste in the After Effects directory: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2014\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\
