websockets with NativeScript 2.0 (Angular 2) #13
Comments
Well it works fine in NS 2.0 -- but I haven't tried to use it with NG2. If NG2 supports standard websockets it should show up as a standard websocket. |
Would you be willing to create a sample demo project using the library ? |
@felix-digitalkarma - I actually do have a demo that uses WebSockets in my book |
@NathanaelA i bought the book a while ago. It looks like the library is just the starting point and you build out your own service building the cross communicator app, using the JS approach vs TypeScript + Angular 2. I've skimmed but haven't gone through it in detail yet. I totally get contract work first. If I'm able to get a newer demo up and running, I'll send a pr |

@dudipsh - Hi, most of my plugins are open source (like this one); so their isn't anything to purchase. However, if you want to hire me to create a angular example; please send me a email. I'm also very happy to take PR's for any demo's people wish to create for any of my plugins. 😀 |

@dudipsh - SignalR is a completely different plugin/product... It has its own demo that is different than the demo for this plugin. In addition, it has its own private repo for requesting future features and/or issue reporting. |
Hi,
Are there any examples on how to use this project with NativeScript 2.0 and Angular2?
Thanks
