Blood red helmet cam footage is access restricted

Description of issue

As title says. The blood red voidsuit has a toggleable camera that can be seen on the station network but cant actually be accessed, presumably due to being restricted to spec ops or merc ID

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Either allow access to security and command staff, or hide the cam footage from the network. Currently shows up on station cameras but cant be viewed.
