Sia-UI v0.5.2

This is a patch release to accompany the latest Sia release, v0.5.2. It includes changes to the taskbar and closing behavior, as well as a few minor bugfixes.

This is a patch release that fixes various minor bugs. The most notable bug caused selected files to be sorted incorrectly.

Sia-UI v0.5.0

Sia has matured greatly since our last stable release, v0.4.8. Most notably, we have added a new file browser with fully navigable directory structure. (Thanks to @pmknutsen for his contributions to the Files plugin!) See the corresponding release of Sia v0.5.0 for a more detailed breakdown.

Remember, this release is expected to be somewhat unstable. Take precautions to protect your data by backing up your wallet passphrase and file (wallet/wallet.json) and your .sia files (in the renter directory). Patches to the v0.5.x release will address issues as they arise, so you are encourage to check for a new release if you are experiencing problems.

Sia-UI v0.4.8-beta

This is a patch release that adds file searching functionality.
Note that this release uses the latest version of Sia (v0.4.8), which is incompatible with v0.3.3.x nodes.

Sia-UI v0.4.7-beta

This is a patch release to accompany the latest Sia release, v0.4.5. No significant changes were made to the UI.

Sia-UI v0.4.6-beta

This is a patch release that fixes the UI not spawning siad properly. When launching the UI, you should now wait until the "siad started!" notification appears. (Note that if siad is already running, this notification will not be displayed.)

Sia-UI v0.4.5-beta

This is a patch that fixes a bug where config.json would occasionally become undefined.

Sia-UI v0.4.4

Version v0.4.4 brings a fresh reskinning of the UI, along with a new "Add Folder" button in the Files view that allows you to easily upload an entire directory. Both of these were implemented by @pmknutsen -- fantastic work!

Also thanks to @bitspill, who implemented some less prominent tweaks, such as not displaying the wallet balance in the Overview before it has been unlocked.

We are really excited to see these contributions from the developer community. We fully embrace the open-source paradigm, and want to encourage such contributions as much as possible. Sia is a big project, so there's lots of things you can work on. If you spot a bug or a missing feature, please open an issue, hit us up on Slack, or submit a PR, and we'll work with you to make Sia better for everyone.

Sia-UI v0.4.3

This is a minor release to accompany Sia v0.4.3. The Wallet view is more user-friendly now; it won't display your balance until you unlock the wallet (previously, a balance of 0 was displayed). More significant updates will accompany v0.4.4.
