Action Title: Implement Endpoints for Artist Form Submissions

  • Create a new file artist_handler.go in the internal/interfaces/api directory.
  • Define the HTTP handler for processing artist form submissions.
  • Connect the handler to the Echo router in main.go.
  • Ensure that the submitted data is validated and stored in the database using GORM.
