Bone order being randomly assigned on export

When I import a model with this great pluggin of yours all is well. The bones are imported in numerical order (0 through 255 lets say). WHen I export the model, all the bone order goes sideways and seems to reassign the bone order.

Is there a way that this pluggin could preserve the bone order of the originally imported model?
