The goal of this task is to make a diff like this: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:140218_U_ISN195_GOVERNMENT%27S_UNCLASSIFIED_SUMMARY_PUBLIC.pdf&curid=32645353&diff=184888451&oldid=125586067

And keep it in database.

There is a tool from Wikipedia that make the diff easy on packagist (I can't find it again).
