Expected Behavior

A password field should be shown to allow for a send of transaction.

Current Behavior

The password field for NEMonster is not appearing which does not allow the send button to be clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to NEMonster.
Password field doesn't appear.

Details

Running under windows 10 with firefox 63.0.3. NEM Wallet version 2.4.2 using a trezor for login.
