TestingServer cannot start, it always throw FailedServerStartException #305

org.apache.curator.test.TestingServer
code like the following:
TestingServer server = new TestingServer();

it will be blocked, and throw FailedServerStartException("Timed out waiting for server startup")

version: 5.1
