After compiling Lemur successfully, lemur throws errors

Hello there.
I have compiled Lemur on a Ubuntu 20.04 fresh vm, using python 3.9.

The build runs successfully, for what I can see, but then when I run Lemur, this is what I get:

zope-interface==5.4.0 is installed, along with other Zope-related tools:

zope.hookable              5.1.0     
zope.interface             5.4.0

Has anybody experienced this anytime?

Hello @audiolomb, if I recall correctly I believe this is related to #3997. In short, you likely need to update setuptools, i.e.:

pip3 install --upgrade setuptools
