Latests tag are wrong, its lock to 2.3.0 and not 2.4.5 #406

Its look like the image tag latest are bound to 2.3.0 and not 2.4.5, when I use Terraform module to install ECS that's the image I get so something are wrong here.

which registry is this on? The Docker hub one seems to correctly pin latest at least now. Has the issue been resolved?
