Partial processing of measurement files

Partial processing of measurement files and update sample list accordingly.

Lets suppose Technician measured Batch1 of samples while Batch2 is running.
Now he wants to know the quality of completed batch, which is fine in current implementation the problem arises when he add 2nd batch of measurement files in same old project and re-run for quality check.
