Fix Examples

The examples should be fixed/updated to use the latest rpcv02. However, this will require releasing a starknet.go version with a working rpcv02 module first. Using a new release will also prevent import errors due to the name change from dontpanicdao to Nethermind. Currently the examples try to import and use https://github.com/NethermindEth/starknet.go/releases/tag/v0.4.1
