[DEV TRACING][UPSTREAM] Merge some features from official WSL2 6.6 kernel

My WSL2 kernels are using defconfigs based on 5.15.x kernel

The official WSL2 6.6 kernel has many kernel drivers and features enabled, and applying them to my kernel would negatively affect my build time.

I checked build times with 6.6 kernel defconfigs, It seems 2-3 hours to make kernel image.

Therefore, unless users request additional features, I will not enable unnecessary kernel drivers and features, and I will proceed with merging other useful features.
