Add Support for 3D

Allegro now has some 3D functionality which would be nice to incorporate into T3F. I am thinking something along the lines of using the view system to make a 3D view type. If you create and select a 3D view, you can render 3D objects.

I'll have to play with the 3D stuff to see if this is feasible.
