A feature of the collections system is the ability for a user to ignore certain mods and the application still considers the collection to be complete. This is particularly useful when the collection links to off-site mods that are no longer available or content on Nexus Mods that has been deleted.

If you are unfamiliar with this feature, I'd recommend using Vortex to see it in action.
