Allow re-running of game detection while the app is open.

Currently

If you add/remove a game while the app is open, you must restart it to detect it.

We want

To refresh the list of detected games. If this can be automated with a lightweight check for changes on opening the game list or would require the user to click a button in the UI is potentially a design UX decision. @captainsandypants

Examples of cases where this would be useful:

• I have installed the app and can see it supports a game I own but haven't installed, so I have installed it.
• I have removed a game since opening the app and I should no longer be able to select it.
• I have corrected an error in the installation of a game the app could not detect (usually on Linux!).
