Feedback from QA was that on a particular collection the download would stall and not start up again.

@RedRanger14 Would you be able to link the collection you were using please?

Please follow the issue template and provide a step-by-step walkthrough of interactions and attach logs.

This is the collection that got stuck:
https://next.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/collections/iunfgm

After clicking "install collection" it got to "Mantis' Face Preset Collections" and then just stopped installing.
