Please check if the server has FeatherMorph installed and make sure the client integration is enabled on the server, this mod requires the plugin to function.

Also, if the client mod has an older protocol version compared to the server, it will also be unable to connect and display a "Waiting for server". To fix this you need to update the Minecraft client to at least match the server's version

To enable client integration on the server side, run /fm option allow_client_mods true.

However, the client integration is enabled by default, you don't need to do anything after installing the plugin.

If there's no such command, that's probably because you're running a server that doesn't support plugins or PaperAPI, such as Fabric or Mohist. In that case, switching to Paper or a Paper fork would help, if there isn't mod content.
